Rolling / Flared arches

Since fitting 245 40 18 R888's im getting a little bit of rubbing when hard cornering. I dont want to raise the coilovers up as its just had the geo setup and i like the stance the car has now.

Is it a DIY job rolling the arches or anyone know of someone in south wales that does it.

Starting to think 245's are a little wide for 8" rims, sure i can feel them moving around a bit in the corners :wonder:

I got archenemy to do mine, quality, rolled them all four corners for 150.

You can rent arch rolelrs on ebay i believe.

I borrowed my mates & did it myself on my arches was very easy i wasnt too worried about paint so didnt bother to heat them up so 1 did crack but the other was fine.

if not & you fancy a trip to bristol give James @ Restomod a call as he has a roller & can do it for you 07920850712

Well i did them myself, not quite what i'd call rolling the arches. basically made about 10 slits along the arch then folded them back flat againt the inner quarter. re-sealed everything and it looks good.

hasnt quite solved the rubbing though, i now only get it when fast cornering towards the left going down hill, lol, but still sounds as though its coming rom the rear right but cant see where :wonder:

In my experience I think you might find they are rubbing on the inside :)
