That is proper !

Gangsta Smurf 09 September 2011 04:01 PM

is this the new essex fad then ... kites, buggies, toy cars ... now trailers. Regarding track days am I missing something. Thought the whole point was that you drive the mentalist track car on the road also ... just as much fun taking something special out on the open road as ragging it around a track?? Admittedly though it does have a strange enviable quality about it ... but I don't know why

radical sr3 is not absolutely fantastic mate ... plenty of other cars coming out now and in 2012 which feel far better to drive. Quite fair prices too due to the downturn. Have you tried the xbow

Milamber 09 September 2011 04:07 PM

Phil, I can't help but feel you've worded the advert slightly wrong.

Perhaps if you described it as an immaculate, low mileage Spec'C you'd have more interest........

:norty: Had a good nose round one of these, the car is so arrogantly quick it doesn't care to know what's behind it :lol1:

Surprisingly large too, would love a go in one :)

Not even considered an Xbow. Why erm because on track they are slower than the radical. ;) radical's generate huge downforce for a reason.

Phil 09 September 2011 09:30 PM

Xbow is for posers but isn't in the radical's league

I am looking at Atom's built for the bigger framed person ;)

Hol 10 September 2011 09:01 AM

Why not just put an Evo lump in the colt Phil?

I got one hatch running 2wd and my 4wd one is nearly finished.

It all fits!

Phil 10 September 2011 09:20 AM

I would love to but my Mechanical skills are just not up to it

Hey Phil,

Is there absolutly no way that an impreza will go on the trailer, even with some small modifications? Obviously there is room to extend the back, but then I guess even with the engine(weight) facing forward the fulcrum wouldnt still be offset too much?

Rob

Phil 10 September 2011 01:06 PM

Nothings impossible but to be honest its probably not financially viable hence why I am upgrading

Hol 11 September 2011 08:31 AM

For anyone looking, there is a lot of stuff on that trailer and being twin wheeled you wont suffer a serious problem if one tyre blows out, as you would a single axel.

I built my own trailer for my old Kit car out of a caravan chassis and its amazing how expensive just the metal was, let alone all of the new parts like the winch, mud guards an lights etc..

£500 is not expensive.

Phil 11 September 2011 08:46 AM

Cheers mate
Looks like I have a buyer on the 205gti owners forum

Phil 15 September 2011 06:34 PM
