fuel injectors help recondistion and genral help needed
 
hi all bought a set of second hand 555cc nismo injectors for my RB5 need some help.

pic's below: Three only have 1 small lower seal and the other One has 2 small lower seals.

is this ok and can i just go ahead and fit them? or were is a good place to get them recondistioned and flowed. :thumb:

not worth the risk mate... if theres the smallest leak it can cause hydraulic lock on your engine! better to but some new o rings to be sure, Josh

There's places on e-bay, but you could look up Lateral Performance, Mark Aigin, he does flow matching and stuff with injectors.

The usual first port of call for injector stuff / info / flow matching etc is Mark Aigin at Lateral performance (see above post)

Already mentioned Lateral above shaun...

Paul @ Zen used to do this, there are several companies who clean and flow test on ebay ( we used one, was OK ) about £10 an injector I think.
Roger Clarke I think too, ??

Or as above, just buy a new good set - Andy Forrest does a range quite reasonable cost, £370 for 550 cc/mincheap.

all fixed up just new rubber seals! was panicking as the remap is'nt far away. spoke to mark at lateral nice chap. may get them flowed and match as a very resonable price £60
