Definitely a s plate?
I have a silver classic with black spoked wheels and I live near that location but it's not an s plate

Yes Mate, pulled out from next to the Total petrol station behind me. It was a pre 99 car

I was driving behind a blue newage down there but mine ain't a s ref
Thought id been spotted then I'll have to keep an eye out for that other classic
