oil classic sti.

what oil on a 2000 classic sti? so many different opinions.... been using semi synthetic 10 40 in other legacy turbo i owned with no probs.is this ok for a car that dont get ragged every day?i usually change it every 3k...

10w50 Fully Synthetic gives best protection. 10w40 semi is ok.

A 10w-50 is ideal for your car if it's driven hard or heavily modified and these are the ones that we stock.

Both are really good oils, absolute top of the range ones, so go with any brand preference you have.

A 10w-40 is a better choice for normal use

The best ones are the Gulf Competition, Motul 300V, Redline and Millers CFS. As a cheaper alternative the Fuchs XTR, Motul 6100 and Millers XSS are good choices.
