After 10yrs of scooby ownership, I am downsizing as can no longer justify the ongoing running costs for a car that hardly gets used. I am also somewhat ashamed to say I just don't enjoy driving it as much as I used to (and the slipped disc in the base of my back plays me up more these days...)

Looking to possibly get an early Series 2 Elise for occassional use / track :norty:

Good luck with the sale matey:thumb: You might want to add you've only done 5000 miles in the last 3 & half years to your add;)

Very nice Scooby :)

I owned a 165BHP Elise a while back. on track it was a joy, too slow for road use though

Just get yourself a nice classic Type R, much better/more powerful/more fun and a LOT more comfortable than an Elise any day IMO :thumb:.

That's a nice car you have there, but you'll need to try a bit harder if you want near £16k for it. Get it detailed and get some decent pics up at the least..... and don't waste your time on here, get it on Pistonheads ASP :thumb:.

Free bump :)

Yep that baffled me too :lol1: own both and the Spec C is a far better all round (and quicker) car than a type R ;)

Read the post Tony, i was commenting on a Type-R in relation to an Elise not his Spec C :cuckoo:!
