anyone changed the rear brakes on a V3 Type R
Hi,
Has anyone done the above ? I'm currently trying to fit newage 2 pots to the rear and I've been told a few different things One person says backing plates from a newer car would make them fit straight on and another says the only way to do it is to change the hubs This is proving to be a bit of a nightmare to say the least Can anyone tell me which is true ? Thanks |
I do believe you have to change the hubs...

Yes hubs will be cheaper option, than buying brackets.I've done something similar on mine, due we are have Single slider pots and we are want 6pots Rear ones.

I seem to believe that the V3 Type R is a bit of an odd ball when it comes to the rear brakes. |
