Cheers guys, I might investigate getting one shipped from Japan!

Leigh, How long did it take to arrive, once ordered?

Tim :D

Dunno mate, I was the second owner, I just remember where the original owner said he got it from! :D I only put it on the car for a few days, decided I didn't like it! The chap I bought it from on here is called 'Lumbie' I think.

Why not mail the guys at Taka Kaira, I'm sure they can tell you? :)

Hi heres Lumby

I looked everywhere for a decent grille , I ordered it by email through Taka Kaira in Japan it cost about £140 all in I think

They write in good english there , go into the bodykits section , look under subaru and then under c westin , in the pre facelift models you should find it there with a part number , from memory

Oh i paid a bit extra for SAL post I think it was

Took about 4 days !!! if that

Wheelman 25 April 2002 09:13 PM

Given the number of posts that appear evertime one of these comes up for sale it may be worth trying for a group buy. £140 seems a lot just for a grill that then needs to be painted?

Tim_K 26 April 2002 12:52 AM

Thanks again for the info guys :)

Wheelman - Sounds like a good plan, I might email them to try & find out what sort of saving (if any!) they would offer for a group buy :D

Tim.

Would be interested in a group buy if one takes off....

They work out at £110 plus shipping, plus any Duty that may have to be paid to postie when he delivers it.
