HOW DO I UPLOAD A PHOTO ???

guys im trying to upload a photo from my laptop to the parts for sale section and i havent got a clue how !!! lol

could someone tell me how to do it ??

Any of these will do it mate, the second 2 are just a one pic upload jobbie... photobucket you need an account but it's free and well worth having :)
