Fuel pump

Hi i have a 01 impreza uk300 with ppp and was wondering did prodrive put the 255 fuel pump on this model or is that an upgrade they started doing on later cars?

Thanks

Joe

If its ppp it should have pump.

Sorry I might be wrong on your year of car as they were only 240bhp the later ppp cars were 260 ish so maybe the pump upgrade wasnt needed on yours.

That's why i'm unsure, not sure what year they started doing the pump upgrade? Thanks For your help

No the fuel pump is not part of the PPP.

What even on the later wrx ? I would of thought prodrive wouldnt of risked the standard pump with 260bhp and the way these cars suffer fuel surge

Well you learn something new every day, cheers fella

Neither my 2003 WRX PPP or 2005 WRX PPP came with an uprated fuel pump.
I changed to a Walbro 255 before I decatted and remapped when my warranties expired
