Car won't fire up
 

Hi All

Took my Subaru Type R out yesterday, all going ok, running like a dream.

Stopped to take dogs for a walk, got back in car and it wouldn't start.

Turned the key and made a wirring clicking noise.

Bumped started fine though?

Any ideas? Starter motor?

get your battery drop tested at your nearest parts shop if thats ok prob starter motor ,..

Ok found the issue!

Starter motor was hanging off. :brickwall

Seems I'd lost a bolt one side which put extra pressure on the other side and ended up cracking the casing and it just broke off. :eek:

So I need a starter motor and bolts.

Anyone know what bolts I need?

my new engine turns up tomorrow if you have a classic i can send what you need out??
