Not sold the T20 yet I happy with the PX Price so don't have to fanny around with buyers but if someone wants it at PX price they can. ;)

Tony

You'll love it I'm sure. I'm well chuffed with mine. I had my dealer fit a boot spoiler and upgraded the sat nav unit from the one that comes with the 320r.
Surprised your upgrading the suspension? Compared to my old hatch the spec C suspension is much more sorted, suffice to say I chicken out long before the car does :lol1:
Where is the lip spoiler coming from?

Connor_scotland 17 June 2011 07:44 PM

That will be a lovely car buddy when you get it.

I'm leaving mine spoilerless or may get a low spoiler, must be getting old ;)

Yes I have to agree Spec C suspension is better than the old hatch :D

I Tried two 320r's back to back on very same route, one standard and one with AST's fitted.

If i hadn't known before test drive which had Coilovers, afterwards I would guessed wrong

The Standard was good on good roads ;) but felt a little harsh for the bumpy potholed sections of A/B roads around our way.

The lip spoiler was from Cross roads Subaru garage, at the price it must be a genuine STi one or made of gold dust LOL

I was starting to get worried as you know

all classic owners hate the Newage
All newage owners hate the Hatch
So all Hatch owners should hate the new Saloon :lol1:

Its the low level spoiler I have. Some pics on the hatch thread. I must be old then too....

Might ask my dealer for a price for the lip spoiler :wonder:

Budgie 17 June 2011 10:17 PM

see you on track soon then Tony:p

The STi lip spoiler is AFAIK still an import item and costs a fortune. However with the new Pro-R setup Subaru UK are supposed to be getting more involved with STi so more items may start to come in via the dealers.

A nice choice of car Tony.

The low level spoiler seems to finish off the boot nicely.........

Where'd you get the lower grill from? Looks good?

kennyc 17 June 2011 10:32 PM

Really liking these saloons - looks great in red too

Shaun 17 June 2011 10:46 PM

Personally I don't think the low level spoiler looks very nice.... a gurney flap / A-Line spoiler would look much better imo. Either that or the all-out STI type version that has been used.

Just my opinion though.

Quite like the look of the car in black though. :)

Nice choice of car, But the quick rack it's not as simple as swapping it as it plays havoc with the on board electronics. AFAIK Prodrive are the only ones to sort this with some pectel units :thumb: It;s a horrid sensation when it slams the front brakes on because it thinks it's turning in to sharp

Congrats Tony :)

Do you have to change the steering wheel sensors to?

jaygsi 18 June 2011 01:49 AM

Love saloons. How come red and white are free all over colours are £425 ouch

All true apart from the Pectel unit bit (I so wish it was that easy!). Prodrive do use a Pectel diff controller on the GrpN cars but they also remove the entire VDC and ABS systems.

Why would they do that when the JDM cars which they get come with quick racks?

Love the car in Black. Not seen any on the road yet so must keep my eyes peeled!
