Which switches light up with lights on 2002 Bugeye STi

Hi,

Have searched and found loads of stuff about switch bulb replacements in 2000 and older Imprezas but cannot find anything on 2001/2002 models.

Can anyone advise which switches/buttons etc are supposed to light up with the lights switched on?

I took a couple of pics of areas where the switches are, with the lights on at night and during the day.

As far as I can tell, the hazard doesn't light, half the RHS of the HVAC panel seems to be out, the front and rear foglights don't light or the I/C spray button. In the centre, the mirror switch doesn't light.

No pics but should the window lockout switch light up??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve.

I think the mirror switch DOESN'T, but the front and rear foglights should.

On my classic, those two light up amber when OFF and green when ON.

the mirror one doesnt, the ic spray part of the intercooler button does, both foglights do and only the numbers on the headlights adjuster do, hazard light does, half of your heater controls arent working as they should all light up and the auto on the drivers mirror does, no other door buttons do,cigarette lighter does and there should be a light in the glovebox and ashtray and also the ring around the ignition barrel should when you deactivate alarm and open door.

Cheers for the replies, looks like I'm some bulbs down. Anyone replaced bulbs in switches on the bug eye?

They are VERY similar to do as the classics.

Switch out, disconnect, take inside, work over hard surface.
Dismantle switch, remove bulbholder, dismantle bulb from holder, (tweezers).
Replace bulb, replace holder in switch, rebuild switch.
Replace switch.
That's it.
