Break squeak in reverse

Hi guys, my brakes seem to squeek when I come to a slow stop when I'm reversing, but never squeak when I stop when going forward?? Any ideas, had red stuff pads fitted about 2k ago with plenty of copper slip as I can still see the copper now.

I get the same on my drilled and grooved disks....I dont think its anything to worry about, just par for the course...

I run Carbotech XP8 pads which are pretty noisy anyway, when I fitted grooved discs they began squeaking like crazy when reversing.
