whats that pipe called??

i have a hard plastic, not rubber, pipe that goes into my VF34 turbo on my97 STI. it needs replacing, any ideas of the actual name of it? is intake pipe?

Yep. Get a SAMCO or equivalent replacement.
It's a bit of a pain as the inlet manifol needs to come off.

Yeah, sounds like the intake pipe. Are you looking to replace with OEM or get an uprated one?
