I've spent many an hour at the local banks and café on that block. There is a court room in the basement.

It could happen here, especially it they keep on being frightened of giving anything but soft sentences and letting murderers and rapists out after only serving half of a soft sentence.

The authorities seem to have abandoned their duty to protect the public properly in an effort to save money.
