cost effective gearbox for race car
 

I race in the subaru cup class of the Nippon challenge. At brands hatch last week third gear went bang.

Before anyone says anything about six speed we can't run them and must be 5mt Ty752 or ty754.

The current box is Ty752vb3aa.

Budget is very tight to be able to make the next race so the cheapest, but effective route is obviously a recon box.

So to end the tail if woe, if any gearbox builders fancy a job for some advert space on the car and a low cost rebuild I'm all ears.

I have a TY752VN6AA 'box from a 98 turbo if you need one quick.

unfortunatly UK gearbox ratios are a bit to high but thanks for the offer.

Probably you will have to go for reconditioned version but that will set you back around 800 pounds.

mate i've got the same box and diff you are running ty752vb3aa it is in good working order you can have it for £100 collected, i'm only in birmingham so not to far from you either
