New TT written off

My mother in law saw a new 11 plate TT crash today. Gutted I missed it young fella with his mate came around the corner and did a handbrake turn and got it badly wrong crashing the whole side in to a wall and then the wall fell on to the side of his car. Ouch!
Why would you do that on a public road on a TT less than 6 months old.
