Decat on hawkeye and MOT

Hi
Im considering putting a decat downpipe on my hawkeye STI ppp which would then make it totally catless (as my ppp has already removed the 2nd cat I believe). How much would the average MOT station charge to take off my decat downpipe, put on my stock cat downpipe, and then put back on the decat downpipe, approximately (ie is it a quick job)?

I live in Sussex. Are there still such a thing as MOT "friendly" stations, and if so please can anyone pm me if you know of any in Sussex or surrounding area? I thought with the new online MOT system these were a thing of the past or soon to be.

Thanks for any help and info.
Cheers
Matt
