Well as a rough guide, i've just paid £4900 for my wagon, 54 plate, 74k miles, prodrive back box and v clean.. best bet is to stick those details in auto-traders search engine and see what comes up... :)

i bought mine 18 months ago for 6000 and thats a 05 plate with 113k with full subaru history and one company owner and that was trackstar

I just had my 2003 mica black Wrx up for sale for roughly 4-5 weeks for £4750.00

STi Genuine rear spoiler
WR1 Suspension
Full STi Geometry Setup
STi Intercooler
VF35 (roughly 25,000 miles)
550CC STI Pink Injectors
Full silicone hose kit
Decat downpipe
STi decat up pipe
Straight through center section
Prodrive back box
Uprated turbo intake pipe (silicone)
Cotton Green panel filter
Remapped by Andy Carr to 330bhp
Tyres are Contintental Sports.. all around 6 months old.

Full main dealer history, mileage 97,000.

Scoobyspares had it on ebay for 2 weeks, apparently best offer on it was £3600

So i've decided to keep her, no way i was letting it go for silly money like that.

Its very much a buyers market at the moment, with insurance and fuel increases it seems nobody is willing to shell out decent money for them.

I wasnt even asking "decent" money for mine :s

£4000, maybe £4500 if it's a minter.
Sad but that's the way the market is at the min.

The 100K will be a put off for most, especially with it being only a WRX. I had a 2005 JDM STI with a 100K for sale (much stronger engine than WRX) and could hardly get any takers. Ended up letting it go for £6500.
Personally, I wouldn't want £4000 wrapped up in a 8 year old 100,000 mile WRX.

i'd say about £4k

people just aren't paying what they are worth. at £1.40+ a litre and 20 mpg

scousers car is a good spec (same as mine will be when i fit my bit's) and it's a good price, but no one is willing to pay

how many blob sti's and wr1's get broken for spare's, cos they are worth more in bit's

topman2180 03 May 2011 09:51 PM

People dont want to pay good money for these cars anymore. If people on here offer 5k for a wr1 that tells its own story. £4k tops

I couldn't get £6k for my 2005 wrx with nice mods, owned from new with 42k on the clock and this was last year. Definitely shop around and go for a lower milage car with maybe the mods already done, you'll get a lot for your money.
