twin scroll upgrade

i am curerently looking for a twin scroll upgrade from my vf37.

ive seen all the adverts for the m321h and the sc46 (infact the hole sc range now) and the lm 400.

these are are quite expensive turbos so i wanna make sure i get the right one.

i dont mind hearing from tuners but what i really want is peoples real world experience.

im only looking for 400hp the car is a version 5 type r running sti 8 engine with avcs and a spec d 6 speed gearbox (with really long ratios)

many thanks in advance

That would be my perfect track car type r with 400bhp stripped out with LM400.

Is the scooby clinic turbo a twinscroll....?

I've only heard good reviews about the md321h and LM400. I am going down the route of an LM400 nothing but great reviews and it also spools up as quick as your vf37 (stage one mods) but with a lot more grunt!

Immy

Hi Juggers, just to understand, does an LM400 with stage one mods, spool as quickly as a vf37 with or without stage one mods?

Reread your post, you mean a like for like comparison with stage one mods. Wow, that is amazing!!! Given the extra grunt. A win/win, real progress!

...plus the oil lines, plus fitting (bellhousing will need hacking about so it's not entirely plug 'n' play), plus a remap...it's at least a £3k exercise imho :freak3:

Its at API at the moment Neil. Hope to get it back sometime this month but Im not going to rush David. Cars been off the road for a year now, so a few more weeks aint gonna hurt (too much:freak3:)... Then I can fit a rather nice reverse scoop I have:norty: :notworthy. I will stick up a post on the scoobyclinic billet thread when its finished, run in and mapped.
