AET Turbos??
Hi guys was just wondering if anyone is using an AET TD06SL-20G on their 2.0 blobeyes with standard internals and what power are you getting?
The Turbo is advertised as a 460bhp hybrid but i take it this is on a built 2.5? any help appreciated as to drivability etc. cheers- Stu:thumb: |
TD06 will be lag central on a 2.0

might has wel get the sc46 form scooby clinc for that power

Hi Stu
I don't think this turbo will make 460BHP,maybe 420BHP,but not 460BHP. And on STi with AVCS heads will be good turbo, but i would recommend as above guys suggest SC46 which will make this BHP for sure with supported mods and will be very spooly on STi. Jura |
I wouldn't go down that line fella, you are better to go for a smaller turbo, that spool up quicker. Especially if your have standard internals. Phone Colin Greer if you need advise on the best spooling turbo for your car.

As you are from Edinburgh i would have thought Andy F would be the man to speak to :)
|
What is your main goal? This is the one to think about first off, and see what you actually want from the car.

How is he going to speak to Andy F. The only way Andy communicates with people is by email, and lets be honest its not the same as talking over the phone. IMO

I have dealt with him loads of times via email and as he is in Edinburgh it is not to far to nip down to Andys garage! :thumb: |
