Why would you do this........

To a Type R?

Infact surely no impreza deserves this!

thats just awesome,

MattyB1983 25 April 2011 09:48 PM

Oh dear oh dear.
The prat has even got a neon light kit. But it's ok as it's got £5K worth of subs in it.

JonMc 25 April 2011 09:50 PM

With all those extras his 0-60 must be around 10s now:eek:

w3lshboyo 25 April 2011 09:59 PM

oh god why would you do that thats just grim

MattyB1983 25 April 2011 10:10 PM

It's a shame really but the sad fact is that classics are becoming more affordable to buy. This means prats can now save a few months doll money and buy an Impreza. A few more months saving and they can afford to turn a lovely car into the **** you see above.
Shame but makes enthusiast owned cars (like mine) rarer and more valuable.

Cannon Fodder 25 April 2011 10:20 PM

Totally chavtastic, what a waste of a Type R - I suppose you could rip off all the cr@p and put it back to standard.

Put the parts up for sale and some other muppet would be bound to buy them to bring their car up to the chav standard. ;)

tubbytommy 25 April 2011 10:33 PM

second only to the impressor on ebay a few weeks back

Loco 25 April 2011 10:41 PM

tbh, i think it depends on taste. I'm not a big fan of bodykits on impreza's, but I seen the chargespeed widebody kit, and I think it looks pretty sweet:

It's because of scummers getting these car and giving them the Halfords make over , that it is even more difficult finding a nice standard example.

c_maguire 25 April 2011 11:03 PM

I knew his name wasn't going to be David before I got past the pictures, and guess what, it isn't.

prodriverules 25 April 2011 11:05 PM

Just plain awful:cuckoo:

Terminator X 25 April 2011 11:10 PM

That'll scare small children

TX.

mervil 25 April 2011 11:11 PM

Some people are born with taste and the rest just aren't! What a waste! Good looking classics are becoming a rare breed! That's worth about 3k IMO! Taking the kit off and binning it would be a better idea than selling it!

What a bag of sh1te!! :nono:

LegacySTi 25 April 2011 11:20 PM

Bit of a waste alright

P1 LTD 25 April 2011 11:48 PM

Least one good news the more people do these things to there type R's the rarer and more sought after are the factory intended ones! :thumb:

Just saw the fellas name... Enough said.

RuskyV 26 April 2011 12:22 AM

Damn that's a Barry boys car if I ever saw one, just such a shame that under that fibreglass ****e there is or was a rather desirable classic. Makes me want to leave mine well alone !

wrx fifer 26 April 2011 01:00 AM

neon kit and no real info on service history or anything important!

JAutos 26 April 2011 01:08 AM

rogos 26 April 2011 01:24 AM

ditchmyster 26 April 2011 02:00 AM

I really like a type r in gray, what a shame he saw fit to spend a fortune on that body kit and respray instead of spending it on the engine brakes and suzzi.

It looks like its had a good job done on it too.

some people just have no idea.

Neons and flamer kit lol.

more money than sense.:wonder:

Bloddy immigrants!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oops wrong thread!

martin850 26 April 2011 07:19 AM
