Just need to work on how to get folk to bother leaving feedback now ? one chap on here who I dealt with recently without any problems obviously does not want to use the feedback system despite being asked a few times !!

Recently somebody left iTrader feedback for me but the scoring did not change, it was suppose to go up from 21 to 22 but stayed at 21?

Or delete positive feedback that the receiver didn't bother to reply to (if that is possible). I've left feedback for 17 but only 9 bothered to reply :?
Reminder mails could also be an annoying solution - especially recurring reminders are bad.

How does an authorized trader handle feedback, must be quite a tedious job if you sell a lot.

In my experience, most return it, but, some don't which is bloody annoying.

I think that happens when the same buyer buys 2 items from the same thread[URL] allowing only 1 feedback.

Can I leave someone a negative feedback for messing me about? I know on AVForum you can, but just wanted to check before I pulled the trigger.

If the sale has gone back then yes, but not if they're just being a PITA

There needs to be a dropdown link to your own iTrader page.
