Which one do I buy?
Evening all it's either the following or similar:-
39,756 miles, Impreza WRX STI JDM model 12 months mot 11 months tax Cambelt and clutch were changed 15/10/2010 @ 35000 miles... Car also had full stainless steel exhaust from turbo back,Uptated fuel pump, hks filter, apex coilovers and a remap. But it doesn't say the power what do you guys think the bhp would be. Or it's this one or one similar:- STI C Spec engine with forge pistons genuine 41,800 miles. Mot'd till Oct 2011. Taxed till May 2011. Large Frountmount intercooler FSE Dumpvalve AFP G20 Turbo K&N Typhoon cold air induction kit Samco turbo intake pipe and coolant hoses 3" Full stainless steel exhaust Knocklink (Detonation monitor) Apexi Boost Gauge Intercooler water sprayer Euctek remapped by Andy Forrest running 1.5 bar boost and making 410 bhp. New Helix organic h/duty clutch less than 1000 miles. 4 x Michellen pilot tyres almost new. Nice example first to see will buy. No Agents. No time wasters. Not sure what to go for which is the better do you guys think both around the £8000-£8500 mark HELP. |
Best to go see both have a drive and see what one floats your boat, spec c has some nice sounding mods.
|
2 sounds better. Andy Forrest's work is a plus too in my book.
|
Descisions, descisions and the end of the day mate it's up to you but personally I would take a good look at both with s thorough test drive, check history I'm sure your mind will be made up .
Failing that become a bigamist !!!! |
STi Spec C, if done by Andy Forrest, you know its gonna be running mint :-)
|
Any other thoughts?
|
im probably off the mark, but doesn't that Spec c look a little on the cheap side for the car, mileage and some very expensive mods?
