Just taken delivery of some this morning... are they easy to fit ?
|
If you're talking about the side indicators then it's really easy m8!
I used a credit card (or similar thin plastic thing) to slide underneith the rubber seal on one side and press the plastic clip in. The indicator should pop out. When you put the new one in you might want to add a very small amount of rubber sealant so water does not get in, but at the very least make sure you clean the paintwork well if there is any gunk left. Probably only takes 5-10min to do both. Have fun! Andy |
Nope... done those.
Front Bumper Indicators are what I have just got... |
Had my front bumper indicators out before & as far as I can remember there's a screw holding them in that also a screw of the spots. I think it's just the one from memory. Johny. |
piece of piss to fit, just undo the screw

Hi Guys,
Changed my indicators on MY97 last week. Really easy took about 10 mins. There is one bolt for each indicator (down in between the indicator and the fog light), undo this and they just slide out. I used the existing wiring and bulb holder and just used the orange bulbs from the clear lenses and then screwed in the new clear lenses, job done. Cheers, Steve. |
Done, as said above took about 10mins.....

Wheres the best place to get these from and how much are they? Have you got the clear ones or the crystal clear type?
|
well Hung,
Got mine from Revolution Motorstore, they are the clear ones, cost me £65 for Indicators & £25 for repeaters and they were delivered next day. Email me and I will give their details if needed. Cheers, Steve. |
Crystal Clear from http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk £65.80
