Is the interior fuseboard on a type-r the same as any other models?

Basically I'm after an interior fuseboard off a 97 version 4 sti type-r,

Every so often I'll lose power to everything on the dashboard and when it happens the rad fans kick in.

Managed to trace the fault to said fuse box by the drivers right knee, wiggling wires does nothing but when the main unit is squeezed or moved ever so slightly, it happens.

Just wondering if it's shared with any other models or if someones got one I can have

Cheers

I'd be VERY surprised if it was different tbh, try breakers, Grade A are good.

BUT: it's unlikley to be the fusebox itself, more like a poor connection behind it, dry soldered etc.

Rich at fb tuning has had nosey at it and reckons it's most likely the board as he's had a good wiggle on all the connectors / wires and it appears to only happen when the board is moved

I'll have it all apart and have a good look me thinks

Can't hurt.

When I do owt like this, I first draw a large diagram, of, say, the rear of the fusebox, showing the colours and how many of each wire in each connector. Then, if necessary, also use sticky labels doubled over the wires to identify.

Best of luck;)
