Milltek Exhaust System 3 Inch

I have a Milltek exhaust system for sale it was removed from my 1999 classic version 5 sti type r.
The car has only had 35000 miles covered from new and i have a recipt for the system from scoobymania.
The exhaust system as mentioned is 3 inch straight through with a 4 inch rolled in tailpipe.
Here are some attached pictures of it removed and with it fitted to my car when it was for sale before i purchased it. The Milltek had not been cleaned when fitted to the car so is dirty but shows the fitment.
The Milltek system is in good condition with the odd scratch here and there due to use, it fits the car very well but a nur spec r has replaced it due to it being to quiet.
Exhaust sounds very nice on idle and pull away fitted to the impreza and when hot gives the odd pops coming down the revs in gears.

Im after £150 for the milltek system thanks.

Miltek Exhaust

Hi, I am after a slightly quieter exhaust for mine. I have a 2001 classic wagon with a 3" Zigen system fitted. I dont suppose you would know if your Miltek would bolt straight onto my down pipe?

I have taken pics of my system and can send you them if you want to compare?

If you have a classic wagon it will fit straight on as i got the exhaust im running now from a classic wagon. The nur spec fits my type r but the miltek fitted better.
This is due to the milltek being bent correctly and has threaded holder ends to hold the exhaust rubbers in place when fitted.

If you have a downpipe with a 3 inch end this system will fit fine, with a gasket and 2 nuts and bolt. I have not fitted a gasket from my center section to my backbox section on my nur spec and there is no signs of noise coming from the joint.

Hope this helps.

where did you buy the car from mate ?

Wheelspinner 08 April 2011 11:09 PM

Hi Paul,

I did think the flanges looked very similar to the ones I have on my 3" downpie. If it will fit straight on then I am definitely interested in the exhaust. I will try ringing you again tomorrow to arrange details etc :thumb:

Hi Paul,
I have tried ringing you a few times and texting you but get no reply. If the exhaust is still for sale then I am definitely interested in buying it.
Regards,
John
