you tried using a easy out?

The usual way is to plug the nipple with either THICK grease, or wax, then clear it out later.

I wouldn't bother doing this yourself. Ian Godney will do it for £30.00 and has jigs made up to hold the caliper. A specialist tried to do one of mine and even with their experience made a mess of it and I needed a new one........

Save yourself the heartache and send it to Ian :thumb:

If you snap an easy out in the caliper it will end up in the scrap pile ! You have to be very careful with them.

As said , I can machine then out for you , we did warrens caliper today , within two hours of it being delivered to us , went back to him tonight and he will get it back tomorrow all fixed.

Cheers Ian
