The Guardian's Middle East Time line

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/inte...ctive-timeline

What has this been programmed in. I have to say its the slickest webpage i have seen on a news page in a long while.

Sweet, Guitar Hero.

Dr Hu 30 March 2011 11:17 AM

Lol - I like his address as 'LING World Headquarters'.... Gateshead, Newcastle - lol:D

The Guardian one is very good too, really all it is, is a link to all their newstories but done in a very sleek way..... I like the Guardian Website - its one of the best news sites around IMHO.

:)

ScoobyDriverWannabe 30 March 2011 11:54 AM

Forgot the name of the site or the company.

But I saw a good one a few months ago, the website was similar to the honda "the cog" advert. Something on the web page moved setting off a chain reaction that filtered down through the products on the website.

£840 per month for Sti, but includes your road tax for the full term

Pretty pricey though still

bigsinky 30 March 2011 01:06 PM

how much would a £30K loan be over 3 years? about £900 pm with an APR of 7%

I was thinking more long the lines of the £200 a month Citreon DS3 for the wife.

It also comes with a free first aid kit (Amputation size)

I love the quirky comments from Ling :)

REVOLUTION 30 March 2011 04:29 PM

That Ling's Cars place is just along the road from us.
Coming to work the other day on foot I had to walk past their building and there is a London Bus (as per the pic on the website) in the car park, along with a really old London Taxi and a bright yellow tank, looks like something from 'Allo Allo' that has been driven through a Dulux factory, and a 40 foot rocket on the back of a flat bed!!!!
Nuts, just like the website.

Keith

Done in Flash, and I like it, very nice.

No good on any Apple product unless you install something. The Guardian have a lovely iOS app.
