so can be put on an early classic as i did.

Hey, just wondering what mileage the gearbox has done? Is it nice and smooth selecting all gears? No worm synchros?

hi, milage i dont really know. but i brought it as a low milage
i've personally done around 8/9k with it. changers nice and smooth in every gear
i used the gear oil advised from opie oils to.
i paid near a grand for the box, and then had to get the shafts & diff costing a further £350.

the only reason im letting it go cheap, is i dont really have anywhere to store it.
and have to clear the drive to which the car is on.

i'm taking the box out this sat/sunday if interested

What power/torque are you running through at the moment?

Trying to figure out if this would fit my v4 Type-R

the power my car had before breaking, was 341.4bhp, and 338ftlb torque.
i was thing year going to boost up the power to around 400bhp, as i had an sti v8 block, & sti v4 heads.

the car i fitted this to was a uk turbo2000.

the injectors are sti 500cc side feed phase 2.

i had them imported direct from japan last year
the car was running 341.4bhp & 338ftlb or torque with a td05 16g

Did you have them cleaned or flow matched buddy?

i had them flow checked yes.
ive also got a phase fitting kit on them for phase 1/1.5

the phase kit i'll keep with them, and postage i'll do free as there light
i'll see if i can find that report, i had the car mapped late last year by jgm. he can say the injectors were perfect to.

i still have the injectors & p1 gear box
ive missed placed the flow check information i had.
but they work perfect, £165 delivered inc phase kit for phase 1/1.5 apps

the box is good condition, no clunks and gears are smooth as they should be
£500 collected

regards to the shell, if i take the bonnet off. leave the doors/boot/rear bumper/side skirts on & the hubs.
the interior carpet is there, the dash is there. but parts are off (needs putting together)

£150 collected with in the next week
ialso have a set of sti v5/v6 suspension £180

If anyone can shed some light I have a v4 Type-R with gearbox TY752VB5CA and was wondering could I swap it for the TY754VBAAA and fit my DCCD onto it?

p1/sti v5/v6 are not dccd mate.
the box will work fine, just with out this.

i'll put it back up for sale, theres not many boxes out there with the dccd
with out paying top wack

Damn, I thought it would be possible to pull the DCCD centre diff off my box and transfer it to that box :(

thats ok mate.
as soon as you put dccd, i knew the box would be a differnt setup.
ive let another lad have dibs.

the p1 box i have would be a stronger option, and would have had a better top end. but there not got the dccd option for the central dill.

yes it will mate. the lincage & drive shafts are differnt, but i found out the hard way :)

so had to get them.
my scoob was a 95 uk turbo 2000.
there alot better, closer ratios.

another thing i forgot to add, not only are these diffs 4.4 plated
there lsd also.

need to give this lad first dibs, if he dont mate, i'll let you know.

Neofox the P1 box will go straight into your car but it does away with the DCCD as I have 1 in my type R

yep, i know peeps that have done this.
works ok, a better top end that the r's standard box

right, after being messed about. the box is back up for sale, along with the injectors

Best price on the box with all nessasary bits to fit to my STI V3. I'm not far away so if the price is right I can collect any time this week.
