Best trainers for the gym??
Hi, i have just join the nuffield health gym as a referal from my doctors. Before any one says i'm not obese :D I am a diabetic and struggle with general fitness due to sitting on my ass all day at work.
As i have not entered a gym since leaving the forces (trainers supplied) I was just wondering on the best all round gym trainer. Will be doing mostly cardio work so a little bit of running etc. Thanks Mike |
Many to choose from,Asics,New Balance,Brooks,Nike etc etc. You're better off visiting a running/sports shop and trying a few on.
Or being ex Military how about a pair of these, have some myself :) http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&sou...mRaOiZEPNpBXhQ |
