Which oils for 350hp SpecD?

Hi probably been asked before but any recomendations for oils for my 2006 SpecD running 350hp?
Is the standard 5w30 Ok? Or would a change of grade be advisable?
Also looking for gearbox/diff oil. Slightly confused with which diff oil, is the same grade as gearbox ok
Have looked on Opie oils website but spoilt for choice and would like to order this weekend to get 25% discount.
Thanks

I have been using this in my spec D which is mapped to 333bhp :thumb:
Silkolene PRO S 5W-40 Ester Synthetic Oil For High Performance Engines
Opie's do it as well.
