I don’t see what the big issue is with this - QOS on the net is fine with me, not sure that prioritising this based on the ability to write big cheques is the way to do it though.

I think they are just doing what everyone else is TBH, they have found a way to get money our of companies that want to show their wares off on the net and by allowing them to pay a few they will be getting premium places, it's only what happens in the real world.

I think its happening already.

I reckon some UK ISP providers are throttling or doppping packet requests to content based in the USA (or maybe its the US servers throttling to traffic to the UK ISPs, I dunno :wonder: ).
