I have a TD05 16G, plus sti top mount and pink injectors that i might look at getting fitted, currently running 280/265 on the TD04.

Not sure yet as i don't use the car very often and with the cost of our daughter rapidly rising i may keep power where it is and sell on the parts, but was advised by someone i know about clive and was good to see a recomendation on here.

BBB3 26 March 2011 04:20 PM

yep he is very good mate, he also just sorted my brothers 400 cosworth

the bear1986 26 March 2011 04:29 PM

How much is his labour an hour as I used him a few years back to revo my Ibiza and had a rolling road done and that wad almost 2 and a half years ago and that cost me £70.

BBB3 26 March 2011 08:00 PM

think its rond the same mate, he had a passat diesel estate up there with mod's and a refvo map it made 311 / 312 ;)

alb27 26 March 2011 10:39 PM

I took mine to Clive Atthowe when the check engine light came on a couple of weeks after me getting the car.

It needed the knock sensor replacing and went on the rollers, the whole lot came to just over £145, of which the dyno test was £56.

They certainly seem to know their stuff from what I could see.

alb27 26 March 2011 10:44 PM

Sorry, slightly misleading in my last post, I'd already paid for the sensor itself, so the above was labour for fitting it.
