is this the dreaded 3rd gear going???
 

had a very slight knock/rattle start yesterday on my my00 uk 2000..... which has now got louder, i have avoided using 3rd gear as this is the only gear it happens in, and it is also speed related which as me thinking third has given up the ghost:(
Will it be ok to drive for a short while as long as i dont use 3rd?
