Does PPP include lowering??

I've got a 2003 sti ppp does the prodrive pack include suspension and will it be sitting lower than a standard sti or would a set of lowering springs help drop her a bit ?

Nope :) Prodrive Springs are a separate purchase to the performance pack. Yes they would help :)

how much would they lower the car buy or would i be better buying some apex
or eibach ones?

If I were buying again I'd go with the Tein S springs, firm and slightly lower than the Prodrive ones :) 30f 20r rings a bell.

Eibach and Prodrive lower by around 25 to 35mm
