I didn't when I was running them as they're only 5mm but I suppose if you could get some 5mm longer bolts it wouldn't harm.

Hi does the Steering wheel and indicators fit a '96 classic?
Interested in the tails too pal.

Should do as they came off mine which was also a classic (2000), I'm sure someone on here in the technical section will be able to give you a definitive answer straightaway.

Tails are still available and I could do you a deal for both together.
