What suspension, Bugeye Wrx

Right so coming from owning and modifiying bmws, with them you can use say items from E36/E46 and fit them to later models E30s etc most things are like for like bolt set up

So question is, with a bugeye wrx do I have to use Bugeye Wrx or is it possible to upgrade to STI varients

Also will classic items fit? Or Newer age, blob and hawk eye?

Basically looking at some V7/8 STI Tein coilovers or Sti Bilstein Shockers and springs will they fit and what would your choice be

Thanks

as far as im aware classic's wont fit newage i think blobeye will fit your bug but not hawkeye but i could be wrong

i have KYB Ultra SR shocks (STi Equiverlant) and Tein S Tec springs fitted on my bugeye

Im no scooby expert, but Im fairly shure that using parts from the same chassi will work. So any STI parts from lets say a GD, will fit any other GD.

I have a set of STI shocks/springs for MOT etc for my WRX. Fits like a charm. There are some problem areas ofcourse, like driveshafts (STI has the bigger 180mm diff).
