JVC KD-G821 and full iPod control module, offered at £55 ovno (plus postage) in original boxes. Stereo comes with:

Not compatible with iPhone, but works with most iPod classics, 3rd and 4th Gen iPods (I used my old 4th Gen with this), Nanos and Minis. Amazon reviews report 160Gb iPod classic owners using it too. NOW - the only fault with the unit, and don't get me wrong - it works perfectly and has been doing so for years, is that I dropped the faceplate about 2 years ago and there's a hairline crack about 1cm by one of the buttons - it hasn't affected the display or the operation of the unit, but for that reason I've kept the price low - £55 ovno (plus postage unless you can pickup locally). That's a fair amount of headunit for the money. PM me for details / offers / pickup.
