Banging and popping bc coilovers

Had a handling pack fitted with bc coilovers. Staight away one started making a loud popping like noise when it went over a bump. So that was replaced.every time I go over a bump I'm getting banging and popping sounds from every corner.is this due to just having harder set up and a price u have to pay,do they get quieter when they get warmed up. The handling is great but I'm just driving round with stereo up a lot louder than normal.
Any input cheers

I have them (Apex - same thing) on my 03 STi and there is no such noise. Fitted them myself, so I know they're fitted properly! I think you must expect a "different" road noise level depending on damper settings. Mine appear no noisier than the original dampers with Prodrive springs.
Obviously you should check the damper settings. Do you know what they are set to? At the moment I have mine on 10 clicks front and 8 clicks rear - from full soft.

How low are you running the suspension? Tyre not touching the wheelarch liner?

30mm lower

30mm lower than bog standard isn't particularly low.
All I can suggest is to jack each corner in turn, remove the wheel and check the spring pre-load.
Loosen the locking collar and unscrew the spring seat until you can just feel the spring move up and down. Screw the seat back up just enough to eliminate this movement then screw it up a further 3 turns then re-clamp with the locking collar. This will give 6mm of pre-load. This ensures that at full re-bound the spring is still slightly compressed.
Also, check the security of the top mount nuts?

PS You said you had a "handling pack" - what else was fitted?
