couple of things you can do, firstly you push the seat right back ;) my baby seat fits in the scoob and the belt has to stretch far but fits!!!!! secondly not sure where you get them from now, but i had them when my missus was 'in the club', they are called 'klunk clip' what they do is hold the seatbelt by the mount and keep the seatbelt loose, if the seatbelt is pulled or needs to lock then the clip comes off..
may be of help??

Just wait till you try to fit the first car seat in the back.. Seatbelts not very generous at all, could do with being a good few inches longer.

If babys arrivals not long and you have the carseat or can borrow one, have a go fitting it as i`m not sure if different makes fit different ways the m&p take all of the seat belt, would assume all others fit over the bulk of seat as well.
Just remind your friend its not for long only 10-12 months before you can use a permanent type, which seatbelts are long enough for.

Practice makes perfect.

Aren't pregnant women allowed to not wear seatbelts?

Edited cos it didn't make any sense!
