vf35 turbo queries
 
hi people few quick questions what is the most you could push out of a vf35 turbo,i currently have 1 fitted to my car and what would be the next step up from a vf35 and what what the limites be on the next turbo up regards..

I have one on my Classic and it's running 352BHP with no issues :)

sorry its a my95 wrx jdm turbo.ill be fitting a forged engine soon but was just wondering what a vf35 limits are also what would be the next step up from a vf35 regards

im running 338 with ease and room left although not alot, and as tony says other factors on the car define what the turbo will produce

im running a vf35 at min with simtek ,fmic,and few other mods the engine is going to be either forged or 2.5 im aiming at getting around the 380bhp ish mark so was wondering what turbo would be up to the job as im sure the vf35 would of run out of puff well before this mark,also i need it to be quick spooling as i live in mk its roundabout after roundabout so need it to spool up as quick as possible hope this helps

Maybe looking at a 20G (billet if you want even better spool) as your next step although you will likely have a TY52 5-speed gearbox which will be the limiting factor, at torque a 20G can give the box will be on borrowed time depending how you drive....
