Self Leveling Light
 

2005 Bugeye Sport R, 50k miles

On 4 occasions during one journey at about -10C in the early part of January for about two minutes, the warning lamp came on to advise the headlamp self leveling was faulty. The headlamp were not looking out of adjustment. It has standard Xeon headlamps.

It has not happened since, has anyone else had this happen. As this is an early Hawkeye the fault may just now be happening on these cars .

May well have been some snow/ice getting on the sensor, sometimes happens with abs light also when the sensor gets covered in snow/ice in winter.
