HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!!

Right whilst trying to sort my nat type today i restored my ps3 but it has wiped my login detail ie email addy for my online profile WRX_BAZ now ive gone through all my email addresses and i cant get back into it ahhhhhhhh :mad: Ive spent countless hours on gt5 and black ops so need to get back into my profile.
Any ideas on how i could do this would be so so so much appreciated ......:cry:
