front door speakers removal

I'm sure I know the answer to this but I assume to remove the front door speakers I need to take the door card off?
Classic impreza btw.

If it's anything like my Blobeye yes.
Mine has a screw in the handle to close the door then the panel - windows/central locking pops out and gets disconnected. The surround for the door opening needs to be removed then it's the poppers that hold the panel on and it lifts off.
Can't see there being that much difference between the models.

Prise up and remove window switches,
Prise up and remove handle surround.
One screw under a cover and another inside where the window switches were, ie: the door pull.
One plastic clip to prise out near the front.

Then prise up along the bottom to release poppers. Once it's free, lift upwards to unhook the top, and remove.

This is on a facelift classic, btw.

woohoo this sounds like fun ;), i'll most likely break a clip or 2, i might just leave it alone, just wanted to remove the speakers as their not wired in so no point them being there really.

Thanks guys.
