Full refund on goods after 6 years!!!
 

We bought a Dyson DC11 from Costco when we moved into our house just over 6 years ago, it packed up last year so put it in the shed to gather dust.

we were talking to a guy in costco who told us he bought a tv back after 5 years and they gave his cash back no issues. so thought worth a go.

they say 5 years is their maximum return policy on Dyson but as im a valued returning customer they are happy to refund!! WTF. :eek:

Faulty electronic goods can be returned up to 6yrs after purchase! "They" don't tell you that of course ...

for them to repair usually or take it away to check it out, they didnt even look at the dyson, just shoved it in a trolley with some other stuff.

Costco are superb and its worth joining the place just for the food.

I bough an archos from costco and the headphone jack went faulty after 2 years of hard use.

Full refund, bearing in mind that the cost of them had dropped by half I bought another one and had £150 in me pocket :D

Yes Costco are known for this.

APPARENTLY its not unknown for them to sell a 50" tv just before the world cup starts and then have it returned the day after it ends.

I've binned 2 Dyson hoovers just after the warranty expired.......................Damn

Costco give second to none customer service. They get my custom every time even if they are not always the cheapest.
