Flexi exhaust flange blowing
 

Hi, I have got an occaisional exhaust blow between the second catalytic converter and the stainless centre pipe I fitted. The flange has a wire dougnut type gasket between them. I fitted a new gasket when I fitted the centre pipe. Is it just a case of tightening the sprung flange clamp/bolts a bit more, or can it be helped to seal with perhaps some high temp RTV sealant.
