Racing spark plugs different length for classic impreza turbo?

Have just bought some racing type spark plugs for my classic impreza turbo but compared to the pfr7b plugs the overall length of threads/tip is shorter. Will this effect anything?
See attached pictures.
cheers

I would check with whoever you bought them from that they have supplied the correct plugs as im sure you could do a bit of damage with the incorrectly installed ones fitted:thumb:

They look ok to me, If your worried grab a feeler guage and check the gap:thumb: The threaded section only looks longer on your new plug as the old plugs washer is crushed:D

You are correct about the washer and threads are same length, mainly tip part different length. I gapped them to 0.7 picture was then taken. Car runs and drives fine just curious for long term effect and at £30 each I want to be 100% sure are good.
