HID kit for a blobeye sti
 
Hi guys has anyone got hid lights on their cars i'm after an upgrade for my sti uk spec 53 reg and the same for the fog lights aswell? any recommendations would be much appreciated?

Buy a decent kit, the car uses a single filament halogen bulb, so no worries there.

As for colour temperature, depends on whether you want to SEE or BE SEEN?

Closest to daylight is 4300K, then 5000K, both of which can be described as "ultra-white".
6000K starts to look blu-ish, then 8000K which is very blue and 10,000K which is nearly purple.

You need to understand that as the colour temperature RISES, the usable light falls, so 4300K are brighter than 5000K etc etc.
